Re: Issues with sky glass tv

Hi so I have had so many issues with my sky glass so much that I was sent out a new tv as mine was faulty but I've still been billed for service that I've not received so I would appreciate it if my outstanding balance is wavered and then I would like to start over with a new package that is suitable

You'll need to ring Sky if you want to discuss anything regarding compensation for loss of service.

Re: Issues with sky glass tv

Hello there,

just wondering if they have asked you to pay for a replacement tv as that is the case with me?

can you please advise what to do have a tv replaced still under two years warranty?

reading this after been on contract with sky makes me sick. It looks like we are all have having issues with skyglass not working properly.

In what circumstances? You wouldn't normally pay for a replacement within the 2 years warranty period where Sky have determined that a replacement TV is needed.

Certainly my replacement was free of charge when the original failed in warranty.

Re: Issues with sky glass tv

They are arguing that the issue on the screen is caused by internal damage, meaning I have caused it.

Long story short, the picture on my screen have rainbow line covering the full screen from time to time (not permanent), been on the phone every day for the last 2weeks with different diagnosis...

Now that I have requested a replacement, the new diagnosis is that I have caused internal damage to my tv.
I have totally obviously rejected it.

made a complaint and still waiting for their feedback .

absolute nightmare
