Sky Stream, programmes sometimes inerrupted by on screen message "Please wait for your programme to load" Why is this?

@BigG Are you oonnecting to your router over wifi or ethernet? Have you checked your broadband speed?

Thanks for your reply. My internet download speed is 285 mbps and I connect to the router with Wi Fi.
