Try a reboot in the first instance.

Tried everything but still not working still says software error

You need to provide some more info. Not loading and software error are two different errors and you didn't mention software error in your first post.
Is this a new install? Or have you reset your puck etc?

Turn the TV off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to reboot.
Check your broadband network connection. Is the TV receiving sufficient speed?
