Have you connected it to your broadband and followed the setup instructions on the screen?

Re: My tvs been delivered but isnt linking to my account
We had the same problem today as well. Both Sky Stream Pucks delivered this morning and we tried to install it but got to the stage where we tried to connect the devices to the Sky Account but it just would not work. We had to take photos of the device serial numbers and they said they will try to activate from their end. Apparently it will take a couple of days. If not weeks!!! What rubbish and we paid for thr subscription already! Absolutely useless technical support team.

Replacement TVs will still need to be set up. They are often refurbished units which should have been factory reset to get rid of the previous owner's details. You will need to go through the whole setup procedure again, same as you did on your original Glass TV.
You should lodge a complaint about the delivery driver if they made you feel in any way uncomfortable. Either directly with Sky or to the delivery company.

Not ideal, eh? Stream pucks can often be refurbished as they are all loaned to customers. They should be factory reset and tested before being sent out but there have been reports on here over the past few days of customers receiving pucks still registered to previous owners.
The whole activation process for Sky Stream and Glass does seem needlessly over-complicated. It's unfortunately often far from the "plug and play" approach which Sky advertise.
Hopefully they'll sort you out sooner rather than later. Good luck!
