@Carlos0882  As far as I'm aware Sky + doesn't skip or freeze.

 

That sounds like a Sky Glass/Stream issue.  What system do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What's your broadband speed? Check by opening the Netflix app on the puck, navigate to the Get Help menu & run a network test.
