Discussion topic: Problem with sky id

It would appear that I have 2 sky glass account. When I log into my sky, there are no products on my account and it says that access is restricted. 3 times now on the phone I have been told that my accounts are now linked and all is sorted ! It's not sorted, it's still the same, I have no access !
