Problem with laoding

I keep getting wait fir programme to load whne i try and watch and channel from the live tv list, if I go through say bbc iplayer i can watch live tv that way

i have restarted the tv etc

Have you restarted the tv by pulling the plug from the wall for 10 minutes ?

also what internet speed are you getting on the tv... you can find this by using the native Netflix app and going to settings and network test
