I have an issue with my bill, something was added that I never asked for and I am being charged for something we cannot use as we do not have a 4K TV or surround sound (UHD and dolby atmos), I have managed to cancel this but I am still being charged for it until next month despite not being able to use it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@kelly_alxxx Anything you cancel is required to give 31 days notice, this and can't be overridden by Sky staff. So based on what you've posted I'm not sure what your asking Sky to do as they have processed your 31 day cancellation notice.

@kelly_alxxx No you can not chat to a Sky advise.r .... you can only chat to other customers ... unless your issue meets the criteria to be referred to Sky employed Community Support Team😉
