Possible to chat to an advisor on here rather than via telephone?

I have an issue with my bill, something was added that I never asked for and I am being charged for something we cannot use as we do not have a 4K TV or surround sound (UHD and dolby atmos), I have managed to cancel this but I am still being charged for it until next month despite not being able to use it.

@kelly_alxxx  You have to give 31 days notice to cancel so the fact you are being charged for the period is correct regardless of whether you can use it or not

@kelly_alxxx  Anything you cancel is required to give 31 days notice, this and can't be overridden by Sky staff.  So based on what you've posted I'm not sure what your asking Sky to do as they have processed your 31 day cancellation notice.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@kelly_alxxx  If you wish to challengs this you can raise a complaint, however packages are not normally added without the account holders say so.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

@kelly_alxxx No you can not chat to a Sky advise.r .... you can only chat to other customers ... unless your issue meets the criteria to be referred to Sky employed Community Support Team😉
