@Melissa+1984 The likelihood of you receiving a callback is about 1% as sky has a habit of not keeping a promise

You should also be aware you're only telling other customers, as such there isn't much the forum can do about callbacks, or lack of them.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
