What is the broadband speed that's actually reaching the Glass TV though?
If you're connecting via WiFi then there can be all sorts of interference which can affect the speed and quality of the connection. To find out the actual speed being received you need to run the speed test within the Netflix app on the Glass TV. Open it and navigate to the get help menu. Run the network check in there and see what the result is.

Make sure WiFi is turned off on the network settings. It stupidly will default to this, even with an Ethernet cable attached.
If it still doesn't work after a reboot of the TV you're best to ring Sky for further troubleshooting.
