Picture not constant

My picture keeps going off then back on. Like blinking. I've only just switched to sky. I want a constant picture. 

My router is installed in my kitchen

It sounds like a wi-fi issue. Can you open the Netflix app on the Glass TV, enter the help section top left, and scroll down to "check your connection". That will give you the speed the TV is actually receiving.
