Periodic distortion Sky Sports UHD

Watching the Sky Sports UHD channel today and I'm experiencing periodic moments of distortion, such as a green pixelated band across the screen or a moment of heavy pixelation.

It was doing it yesterday on TNT in UHD too.

Seems like it's just live broadcasts.

Netflix, Prime and other live TV channels not affected.

Just me or a known issue?

(Broadband is 350 meg)

 This is the sort of thing I mean. It's not done it now for 30 minutes or so - there are Thunderstorms forecast for today and I'm connected via ethernet.

My Disney plus UHD content also streams perfectly, it's just the sports.

Well it seems there's whole thread with the same issue on the Stream.

So I guess I'm not alone with this.

You're definitely not alone mate , so are virgin customers with the exact same issue . Me and other sky stream users too but after raising a complaint to sky and speaking to them today " it's my internet " apparently . They are not even acknowledging the problem

Same issue as well. It's particularly bad on the Tottenham Arsenal game at the moment.

Same thing with me, always on UHD sports, constantly pixelating. I wish they would sort this out.

Happening now on Aston Villa Manchester United game.

Seems to be every minute or two really annoying ..needs sorting we are paying enough to watch in UHD

not good enough.

As a keen football watcher I have also been using the UHD channel - my 65" Glass is connected directly to my router with super fast fibre broadband. I have also been experiencing momentary pixelation etc.

I assume it's just an intricacy of live stream and tech, mildly annoying but never seems to last too long before it sorts itself out; but does repeat throughout the match briefly.

I am also getting this issue, it's been happening on the UHD sky sports channel since last footy season too.
