Change from Sky puck back to Sky Q

We moved house and cancelled our Sky Q contract and set another one up but was sold sky puck. We have had constant issues with it not working and assume it is due to the internet  not being great at our new house. I would had thought sky have a duty of care to ensure that your internet is strong enough before selling it! Has anyone had similar issues and been able to return to sky Q? Many thanks

@Chippers2

Unfortunately it's the age old saying of "never trust a salesperson" - from any company. All they really care about is making a sale, whether it's right for the customer or not.
Sky Stream relies much more on the customer ensuring they have the appropriate infrastructure in place for the product to work. In this case, a fast and stable broadband network. Sky should have checked you have sufficient speed but it's possible they forgot on this occasion.
Sky Q has the advantage of relying entirely on the correct installation of dish and cabling (by Sky) for the product to function, whereas Sky Stream is reliant on the customer to install and maintain a sufficient broadband network to function.

It's BT, we cannot get fibre and our line is blocked and it requires our neighbours garden being dug up, not great when you are new neighbors!
