Paramount problems…!
Paramount plus app has been working fine but has suddenly stopped working. It says I am signed in but do not have a subscription (which I do, through Sky Cinema). The My Sky app also tells me it active. I have tried signing out and back in also refreshing the app but keep getting a request from Paramount to take out a paid subscription which I don't need to. Any ideas?

what happens if you try to log in on a different device like a laptop or phone ?
don't get the same message ?

On the my sky app does it say just remove or remove and activate
If it say activate go on to your sky glass tv or puck and open the my sky app on there go to my products and open that and check that the subscription is activated on there

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
