Why is paramount plus continuously not working on sky glass

Re: Paramount plus not working on sky glass
Have you tried rebooting the TV?
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

@rosemarie+Saunder I no longer subscribe to Cinema/Paramount + but when I did I never had a single issue with Paramount +.
Has it ever worked for you since you got Sky Glass? The reason I ask is if you moved to Glass from Sky Q then you need to re-register with Paramount + as all your marketplace subscriptions get cancelled.

I have had problems with paramount over the last week it just keeps buffering eventually it comes on but it's annoying as sometimes it takes a day to return

@rosemarie+Saunder A reboot as already suggested by @MarkGoldsmith would be your first step and may fix the issue as it tends to remove software glitches.
If you still have problems after the reboot then next thing to try would be to "refresh apps" which can be found in the same menu structure as already given by Mark. This clears the caches of the apps and is done in the background so you can continue using your Glass TV. It can take a few hours to complete so I tend do it overnight.
