Paramount plus crashing on sky glass

Recently every time I try to watch paramount plus on my sky glass it just has the loading circle continuously.  It doesn't matter if I go to the continue to watch  to access any show im watching or whether I go to the app directly or whether I use voice control.  Refresh apps doesnt work  but....Every time I have to do a reset (can be multiple times a day . ... switching off  sky glass the turn off at plug wait 60 seconds and open back up . It is just a bit frustrating any ideas on why or what I should do to stop this ?

See you have already tried an apps refresh.

This can take about 24 hours to complete.

Other things to try that sometimes help others is to put your Sky Glass into standby and try a broadband router/hub restart.

If that still does not help, you may have to give Sky a call, to run through a factory type reset.

We always recommend only doing a factory reset , when Sky have asked or you are on a call with Sky, as it can cause some account issues  that only Sky can address.
