Paid bill no subscription

Paid bill says need to upgrade but I already have the active subscription.

You must also ensure a new continuous payment method has been set up. If you have done this try restarting your Glass / Stream device as documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/account-and-billing-sky-glass/bills-and-payments-s...

 

If this doesn't work you will need to contact Sky customer services as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
