PPV Purchasing Issues 02/09/2023

I've been trying since 6:15 unfortunately and it's still not back. 
it let me on then kicked me off after 10 seconds. I contacted sky after a hour on hold to be told it's a 'known issue' and they won't be charging me. If I'm charged I have to contact them to be reimbursed! Apparently sky can see which sky glass people have bought the fight and who wasnt able to watch so they should automatically refund those people. 
Most definitely isn't the first time and won't be the last I'm sure.

Same for us! Rang sky, saying they are working on it. So annoying

We were watching accidentally switched channels and it didn't work again so we robooted tv watched ITV for few minutes then it worked again good luck everyone

Try rebooting tv/puck switch channels a few times then try again hope it helps

@Bren @Try rebooting your tv and or Pluck and when it comes back on try switching through the channels then trying it again

Got it. I went to settings and reset network and it's now working

Hi is anyone having problems with viewing! I purchased this, was watching it, changed channels and when i try to go back in to watch it i can't get back in?
