The last 4 digits of the mobile didn't work so try the last 4 digits of you card you paid the set up fees with or if you are paying by direct debit it is the last 4 digits of your bank account number

@AlanMcGr It is usually the last 4 digits of your mobile number (at least it was for me). As you say try the other 2 options as well. but if all 3 methods fail it will be a phone call to Sky. The last 2 times I have phoned Sky it was very quick to get through with no waiting in a holding queue.
