Hi Our Sky glass tv has a dark lune shadow on the screen. It's not been damaged. It just appeared. Do you know if we get any warranty when signing up to Sky glass?

Yes I returned one with a dark shadow line for a replacement

Just for more info There's a stated 2 year warranty - not sure what would happen after the 2 years ......

you may have to go through some troubleshooting with the sky Helpdesk

Mine screen has just developed the same issue, were you able to resolve it with sky?

@Nickd240 if a power down rdboot doesn't clear the fault or it comes back frequently Sky will normally reolacecrge set if requested.
