Ordered Sky Glass but no delivery?

I ordered Sky Glass on 08/11/2025 but have not heard anything since then? It was due on 11/11/2025 but had no confirmation, no delivery emails nothing? The £20 upfront cost was paid on the 08/11/2025 and it says ordered on my Sky VIP App but unsure on when i should expect it?
