Ordered 55" Sky Glass Gen 2, Volcanic Grey

Not being delivered until Monday 3/3/25, when ordering it showed on my summary that I have got Whole home free for 2 years instead of £13 a month.

 at present I have a single Sky Stream Puck, will I be able to use that as Whole Home, reason I ask if I go into My Sky & home set -up, it says that I can add another puck for £39.95, I won't have to pay another £39.95 will I, anyone know

Yes you will be able to. No need to order any more pucks unless you need additional TVs.

Which will the primary the puck or the Glass Gen 2?

You can change it to whichever you prefer online.

Thanks, will I need to let Sky know about the Stream box I already have or just move it to another room when the Gen 2 arrives?

If you have a Sky sub on your Stream it will just continue as before. I did exactly the same when my Gen 2 arrived and the Stream is working fine in the bedroom.

I think it is slightly faster than the Stream. The main things I have noticed are the picture quality and the sound both of which are better than my previous set up. I think it was a great buy.
