None prescription remote control

Hi. We're can I get a none prescription remote. Amazon sell the normal one but I don't need it.

What is a non prescription remote? I have never heard of such a thing.

Hi. It's got no voice control button and has netflix buttons. Sky sent it after my subscription ran out,saying they stopped certain things (voice controll e.t.c).so they stoped my origanal one from working. 

I have a photo but can't work out how to put it in this discussion box.

@Ajc1111  You mean a Non Subscription remote?  a prescription is something entirely different.

The remote itself is only availble for Sky Glass TV's that no longer have an active subscription Your Sky Glass and Sky Stream remote | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

This would normally be sent out ofter you cancel your subs.

It normally takes at least 4 weeks until yo receive one

Realistically that may be tricky to track down second-hand: Sky loses money by sending one out to each ex-subscriber, and presumably the vast majority are either still in use by the original owner or get sold alongside the Glass set.
