No tv

TV not been loading since Sunday finally got some help today and it's a problem with the TV yesterday they are gonna replace it but on til 10 th sept so that's 9 days or nights without TV great

Your only telling other customers.. what help are you after? Is your TV screen working? Can you get to the menus etc? Do you have a TV aerial?

 

If so turn WiFi off and see if the DTT (Freeview) works: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-input-app-on-sky-glass

No it's sky glass it works but no channels load they say it's a fault with the tv
