No sound on ITV

I have no sound on ITV channel but sound on all others. Used my Sky go app on my phone to check if it was that channel and I have sound on that but no sound on my Sky glass.

Try a power reset of your Sky Glass TV

Or

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass TV will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Yeah I tried unplugging and plugging back in and it didn't help. I will try the system reboot. Thank you

I can't get any sound on itv. Other channels working fine

We don't have sound on ITV1 either, so having to watch via ITVX on live stream.  All other channels are fine, just ITV1.

Yeah I am watching live TV on ITVX, glad it isn't just me then that's lost sound. As I was wondering if the TV was broken.

Seems that there is a few of us then that's lost sound lost sound.

Today, everything working normal except no sound on ITV1 live (from the program list)

It'd ok on itvx, all other channels are fine, but ITV1 has no sound at all.

I've done all the standard stuff - unplug everything, restart, etc. etc but no joy

I'm not getting sound either it's driving me mad. Sick of having issues with glass, wish I never got it

Same for me - unplugged, re booted, ITVX working but can't get sound on ITV channel on glass
