No sound...........HELP
Hi all
Will keep it brief. 65" glass out of warranty and over night the sound has gone. No sound in any app or through sky+. I tried connecting 2 different Bluetooth devices and also no sound.... Is connecting a soundbar through hdmi work as a workaround?? If not how and where to go for a repair??
Thanks

Re: No sound...........HELP
Hi @Azkhan25
You can try and external soundbar via the eARC on HDMI port 2. For repair options out of warranty you will need to speak to ServiceTech, Sky's repair partner. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs
Or you can call Sky and they will quote you for a refurbished model.

Re: No sound...........HELP
Thanks I will try a soundbar. One thing that badffles me is it picks up Bluetooth devices such as headphones or a mini speaker and it pairs fine but no sound? If the Bluetooth receiver is sending out a signal from the TV can the sound be blocked from that signal?.
