Help please!! My sky stream is showing the above message. Have changed HDMI Ports, rebooted the sky stream puck and controller, but nothing. Seems as though the puck is not connected to broadband??

All sorted now. It was a faulty HDMI cable.

Worth noting that's a message generated by the television set, not the puck.
The television is telling you it can't find a signal coming from the puck.

So that seems to indicate the Puck has failed and is not generating any output?
