No netflicks

I have had Sky installed 3 to 4 weeks now and I can't get Netflix on my glass telly

I click Netflix app and it informs me not available at the moment. Try later

Netflix is working in boys room upstairs

old Netflix account deleted New Netflix account installed

have tried hard reset three times and turned off router several times

sales advisors in shops are baffled

Been four weeks because of working double shifts, etc

What is the exact message you get when launching the Netflix app on your Sky Glass  TV?
Is your 'upstairs' working Netflix you mention on a Sky Stream puck or another Sky Glass TV?

Some initial things to try.

Try a restart of your Sky Glass TV
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass TV will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;

Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the Home menu.

Try an apps refresh;

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
  2. Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
  3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

Re: No netflicks

I'm all sorted!   A very knowledgeable guy

Paul from L1 store over the phone set me up..

a procedure of turning the Television off at the on switch on the telly reset the telly.

And in a couple of other procedures and Walla we were on!..

Give that guy a raise!
