No love to option sky puck. Sky glass love to won’t load

Sky puck has no option for live tv.

sky glass won't load live tv.

Absolutely shocking. Signed back up with them 3 weeks ago.

With no support from sky and no way to contact them the sky puck will be delivered back and direct debit cancelled. 

After a couple of weeks of family issues and after being in work all day this isn't good enough.

Tempting as it might seem cancelling the payment method is definitely not recommended.

Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
