Truly FED UP with SKY. Unreliable wifi service. Once again I can't watch my Sky Glass tv because I have no wifi. All diagnosis done as recommended but still nothing and getting nowhere fast; just like SKY. Nowhere!!! I live alone. TV is all I have and I pay a lot for it. SKY...Get this fixed NOW!!!!

This would be better suited to th broadband forum where someone with Sky broadband will be able to offer advice. Hopefully a moderator will move it for you.
But please remember we are fellow subscribers and not Sky customer service. You will need to call Sky on 150 if you want to report it to them.
