No TV after connecting new Sky router

We have just switched to Sky and having just connected the new router we can't get any TV service, it was working fine with the old Vodafone router that we had. All of our other devices have connected to WiFi without issue.

How is your Glass connected to your Sky Hub? If it's connected over wifi, have you updated the SSID and wifi password in your Glass's network settings to match your new Hub's?

Try resetting the network settings in the settings menu
