No TV Guide or live TV
I know that people have had issues with this before, but I have no TV guide or live channels available with the voice selection.
I have unplugged my Sky glass but it's still the same. I absolutely HATE my Sky Glass. I've had one issue after another with it.

Re: No TV Guide or live TV
I have a CAT5 cable from the back of the TV to the router. I have recently changed my broadband provider, but it says it's all connected and has been fine up until this morning. Thank you for your reply.

Re: No TV Guide or live TV
It might be worth checking the following as well:
In the Settings, make sure Wifi is disabled. (If WiFi is enabled for some reason it defaults to it even if its not used and that can sometimes cause issues like this).
You could also try unplugging the device for about 10-15 minutes are see if that helps to rectify the problem. Sometimes the standard reboot of unplugging it for 30-60 seconds doesn't solve all the issues and its best to try a longer period to ensure all the power has drained from the device that is has 100% turned off.

Re: No TV Guide or live TV
@MarkGoldsmith @Thanks for replying again. I've turned off WiFi in settings and unplugged it for 20 minutes. Plugged it back in and it's still the same. I guess I'll have to try ringing Sky 😫
