On Sky Glass when selecting an Sky programme I get the message 'Please wait for your programme to load' but they don't. If I use any of the apps they work fine. Tried unplugging for 10 minutes but still the same. WiFi is working fine and connected via Ethernet cable.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are connected via Ethernet you shouldnt be using the WIFI. I'd suggest going into the Settings and disabling the WiFi on the Sky Glass, particurly if you have also previously setup Wifi on the TV. This will force it to use the ethernet connection, if you have wifi enabled, and its been configured to your WiFi network, the Glass has the tendency to default from ethernet to WiFi so that may explain some of the issues.

By WiFi working fine do you other devices connected using WiFi work fine?
Did you ever configure the Sky Glass TV to use WiFi?
