I have just received my Sky Glass, when searching for shows with voice it always says 'sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available'. However if I manually search it finds it straight away.
How can I get this rectified?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Holmsey1981 I assume you have voice control activated?Have you tried a reboot of your glass by unplugging it from the mains for a few minutes and restarting it

Thank you for the reply. I did switch off at the mains and turn back on. It still didn't work and then it reset itself and started working.
