New packages

I've just come across a new deal with Entertainment, Discovery, Netflix and Sky Sports at £35 pm. I'm on Sky Ultimate and would like to change to this package but cant seem to get anywhere online. I've been with Sky for over 11 years. Surely I can switch or is this yet another new customer only deal.
