thank you
Just the puck plug for about a minute.
if you use a smart plug you can time a reboot for when it is most convenient for you.

When will this issue get resolved, none of your resolutions work perminantly, the issue returns. I have also started having issues with Apple TV, just spinning and then the App times out with the message 'there is a problem loading this video' whats going on?

The points I make here are that Sky Glass requires a stable WiFi signal as well a 5 GHz feed. Therefore without this many Apps are likely to struggle to load.
The purpose of my daily reboot (which I accept could be overkill) is to reduce many of the minor issues that might occur. It does not improve a poor WiFi feed to the Sky Glass.
Please note, I purposely talk about WiFi stability not speed because whilst there is a minimum speed required or Sky Glass to operate I consider stability of the WiFi signal more important.
Additionally, I do not have pucks, so I cannot comment on them.

Just happened again, and opening those apps in that order and then re-launching Netflix fixed it again. Quite quick and easy to do. Thanks again for sharing this method.
Given three months have passed and Sky employees have been aware of the issue (and probably cause) for all that time, it's a bit worrying that the app hasn't been fixed by now though.
