Netflix unavailable on sky glass

Recently purchased sky glass, have Netflix subscription which worked for a week and now the app says unavailable please try later yet it's working on all other tv's in the house. Any suggestions?

How are you  connected to  the  Internet,  my tv is  connected with  a ethernet cable and  all my apps work fine

Connected by WiFi but all other apps working fine.

I'd suggest either turning tv off for a few minutes then back on and see if that helps or contact sky. 
I have sky glass and am connected by WiFi and so far I have no problems accessing Netflix . Hope this helps.

As per the previous siggestion turn the Sky Glass off by the plug, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. This enforced a reboot of the system and clears some software gremlins.

 

It's quite common to have to restart the glass/stream pucks fairly often via this approach.
