@Annie_12  You can't do that through a public community, you need to contact Sky

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself and Netflix is free with your  streaming  subscription with  adds is you  are paying  for Netflix  with  your  sky  subscription  you can log into your  my sky app and take  it down to the free  subscription
