@Sarahmccoll229 I don't watch much Netflix at all whilst the missus is regularly binging on something of theirs upstairs so I knew Sky sorted it but I honestly can't remember how long it took 😳 how terrible is that, it was only a couple of months ago.

 

I've just double checked to see that I can access Netflix OK, both through the Sky Q Box app and the TV's built-in app, and it was fine so Sky did definitely sort it. Checking my Netflix account states it gets paid through my Sky subscription...
