Netflix account not linking

I have just joined and setup sky scream but my Netflix account is not linked. I have followed all online instructions and only logged in with this account. I have not logged into another sky box or to with it. 

it is not linked and Netflix does not show sky as the billing method

Unfortunately I think you will need to contact Sky to resolve this.

This whole process is infuriating between sky and Netflix I've been speaking to support (initially sky then sky asked to speak to Netflix) for hours and got absolutely nowhere with fixing this. Incredibly frustrating and a massive waste of time.

Which is unfortunately quite typical when it involved 2 different companies having to engage with each other.

Unfortunately not. Not at all impressed with Sky or Netflix, they've been entirely no help with this. 

I  cancelled my Netflix for now so I am not double billed and hope it will

link when this expires.

I have the same issue, had my Ouck for almost 2 weeks and Neflix Still says I need an active subscription Sky say its on my account, Netflix say Sky havnt linked the accounts right and it need activating.

Almost an hour on the phone today and was told by Sky that its because my Netflix password needed to be reset - how would this ever be the solution, I did reset it and yes, it didnt work. Now been told to refresh the apps and wait 24 hours. Its just a big circle I keep going round in and cannot get this fixed.

Does anyone know exactly what I need to tell Sky to get Netflix linked as it must be easier than this.

I moved over from Virgin and had my Netflix account through them. On the night of deactivation, my Virgin account deactivated and I received an email from Netflix to update my payment method. 

 

The next day, my Sky account went live and I've had the Netflix activation issue from minute 1. A helpful sky advisor has tried all sorts to get Netflix to work but nothing has worked yet. 

 

Netflix are adamant I need an activation code but Sky's response is that they don't provide this. I think I've read that Sky Q customers get an activation email but I have the essential tv pack on Sky Stream and I'm paying extra for Netflix to remove the ads.

 

The Sky advisor suggested to close my Netflix account and create a new login but this hasn't worked either. My account is now stuck at selecting a plan and to make payment direct with Netflix. 

 

Surely, there is a better way to link Netflix to your Sky pack as this forum and reddit are flooded with users complaining about this very same issue. But I've still not seen a resolution...

I'm having the same issue. I've even onto both Sky and Netflix and I'm getting nowhere. I'm thinking of cancelling my Sky and Netflix subscription because I've had enough of this

Right... my Netflix is now up and running. The Sky advisor in technical support escalated my issue to another team like I said in my post from last week and I'm still awaiting to hear back.

 

Running out of patience, I DM'd the Sky Help Team on X/Twitter today and they confirmed that my issue was being looked at by the technical support team. The X/Twitter team also said they'll raise my issue with the "back office support team".

 

I haven't heard back from either the technical support team or the X/Twitter team but when I opened the Netflix app this evening there was a message on the screen that I have Netflix included in my Sky package and to login.

 

Hope this helps anyone in the same situation

I've put a complaint into Sky now, so hopefully this will resolve the issue, it really shouldn't be this hard. Every other app has linked easily and successfully, so I don't know why this is such a problem.
