Finaly found out from Sky thet they have an issue linking accounts to Netflix and this is under investigation. The customer support person I spke to has advised they have had a number off issues with this over the last month and the tech temas at Sky and Netflix are working to identify the issue.

The good news is that my accounts have now linked and are working.

I signed up to sky back in Summer and tried linking my netflix account.  Assumed all was good until ive just seen on my bank statement that Netflix are still charging me.  Been on to their chat bot and got nowhere.  They've now told me to contact sky as they dont know why its not linked.  Rang sky and in a queue and im not sitting in a queue for 45 mins.  

Anyone else know how to fix this?

How did you get your accounts linke din the end? I am having the same issue and going round in circles with sky and netflix, neither of who want to take responsibility for the issue

Did this work? I am currently having the same issue with the accounts not linking and i am going round in circles trying to get this resovled. Netflix say conatct Sky. I spent an hour on the phone to sky and was transferred 5 times to someone else, twice to the same person who was really unhelpful. Then the last person i spoke to said it would be linked in 24 hours, which has not happened. Its absolutely ridiculous.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.

I'm continuing to have issues.  Netflix is now linked but with the wrong email address so I can't now open Netflix on my other devices.  Ive phoned Netflix to ask them to sort it as its as simple as .com instead of co.uk and they told me they can't do it.  Phoned Sky and they told me that Netflix have to do it.  They even told me to go to my profile and said I should see an item "linking account" which isn't there and he argued me that it's there somewhere just click through the options, which I did and he wouldn't have it that it wasn't an option.  At my wits end with it.

@JOLS1 Yeah unfortunately you do need Netflix for this, as the linkage happens on the Netflix billing side of things and Sky naturally wouldn't have access to your Netflix account to be able to remove that link.

 

Your best bet may be to try Netflix again and hope you get a better customer support agent who knows what they need to do.
