I have purchased the Sky Glass system via "My Sky App"
Unfortuanetly i have Sky Q with 3 additonal boxes so the one puck they are sending me out is useless in my household.
Made worse is the fact i cant find a telephone number to call them from my mobile (I dont have sky landline) to purchase these from
the call centre. (Poor customer service - Surely my sky knows what i have and dont have)
Help on a number would be a start

When you glass goes live you should be able to order the additional pucks via my Sky and pay the fee there. Sky generally don't know what people have in the home, people aren't always replacing like for like.

Scroll down to the did you get the help you need section and select "no, I still need help" and then "I'd prefer to get in touch". You should then see an option with an 033 number. Unfortunately the forum software doesn't allow us to post phone numbers.
If your mobile is sky mobile you can also dial 150.
