Well that's far too low. You're never going to have a watchable service if you're only getting that speed.

Who do you get your broadband from - is it Sky?

Hi @Nita2  That's way too low for successful streaming.  The minimum speeds  recommended by Sky (assuming nothing else is using up your bandwidth) are as follows:

HD = 25mbps

UHD = 30mbps

HD + 1 puck = 30mbps

UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps

@Nita2  Yes, it must be very frustrating for you.  Have you tried an Ethernet cable from the Router to the Glass TV? If this is not practical you can use powerline adapters (about £35 at Amazon last time I looked). Note the Ethernet port on the Glass TV (& pucks) only supports up to 100mbps so don't waste money on the more expensive 1gb powerline adapters.

Good luck 🤞

@Nita2  Not to worry, you have posted in the Glass forum so I assumed you had Glass.  The same thing applies, connect an ethernet cable (or powerline adapter) from your Router to the Stream puck intead of Glass. 😀
