My sky glass tv keeps switching itself off , every few minutes

My sky glass tv is turning off every few minutes it's coming up technical issue try again later

Thanks mikeAlanR I will try that .... we ve recently moved house so I think it may be the internet I will get that checked

Hi @julie1969akamrs 

 

Try powering it off at the mains for 5 minutes in the first instance. If still happening it could be down to to your internet connectivity speed. Who is your ISP and what speed are you getting? 

 

You can also check what speed your glass is getting by opening netflix and going to help > connection check.

 

Sky Glass and Stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
