It's a common software glitch with Sky Glass that has been occuring since it launched in 2021. Nobody seems to have a permanent fix for it.
Turn your TV off at the wall for ten minutes then power it back on and allow it to reboot. If that doesn't clear the lines then you'll need to ring Sky for further advice.
