My sky glass keeps freezing on a few channels

Channels keep freezing been like it now for over a week and I have no telephone line as well

Is your broadband with Sky? How is your Glass connected to the broadband and what internet speed are you getting?

Mine keeps freezing also, I get the error message 

well this is embarrassing 

somethings not working 

please try again in a few minutes

its bedn doing it for a couple of weeks now
