My sky TV won't connect

My screen keeps saying that it's updating software and is stuck on 0%

@Duncan930110  How long have you been stuck on that screen for?Depending on Wi-Fi speed it can take a bit of Time to updat

Try the initial setup from scratch with an Ethernet cable - once setup you can always remove it and switch back to WiFi
