Tried to upgrade to sky cinema - contract says I have it but cannot watch a movie and error crops up ?

Put it into standby mode, turn it off at the plug, wait 30 seconds, turn it bakc on at the plug.
Account changes are reflected immediatly on Glass/Stream, but when the device first boots up that forces it to check your account and see what you are entitled to access.

Have done full factory reset on advice of sky phone tech and that did nothing,thanks anyway.
Last phone call said they would effectively take everything off my account and put it on again to see if it would sort it. This should happen tomorrow about a week after I initially encountered the problem !
