My account won’t active
So since 16th Dec our sky glass has not been able to reactivate after factory reset, have phoned sky at least 6 times and each time the review to fix it changes now two weeks on still not working

To clarify .... by "review to fix it" do you mean a call back by Sky?

Apparently so but every time they have given a date they don't call and I ring them to find the date has changed and I am no closer to getting it fixed

How old was the Sky Glass TV when did the f@ctory reset?

Based on feedback on this forum I'm not sure most of the promised callbacks actually happen, in fact I reckon the callbacks don't even get requested which is the reason they don't happen.
To be honest if are better off phoning and being asked to be transferred to the right team to help rather than allow the customer service agent to "promise a callback" if they can't assist. You also would be less likely to get a callback during the festive season anyway due to a shortage of staff.
